5. Host an Open House. A quick house sale is a lot easier to manage when you have an open house. This gives you a chance to let potential buyers come in at a designated time to look at your home. If you are living in the home until it sells, it is a lot easier to arrange this than to have people traipsing in and out of your home at random times.
